Limited One-Year Warranty: Our limited warranty covers the appliance against defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. Tool must be purchased from an authorized Hairitage distributor. Proof of purchase from any unauthorized sellers or online merchants is not accepted. Terms and Conditions may vary depending on authorized retailer’s individual exchange or return policy.

IMPORTANT: OUR LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE. IF THERE IS NO PROOF OF PURCHASE, THE TOOL WILL NOT BE INSPECTED.
 
The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover: 
Damage caused by not regularly cleaning the appliance filter caps or vents.

• Normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug, or hair inside the appliance.
• Damage due to misuse and abuse such as:
• Dropping (vibration, loose motor, rattling noise, etc.)
• Foreign objects inside of the appliance
• Neglect in safety precautions
• Tampering such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorized party
• Damage to cord

With Proof of Purchase And Within 12 Months: Exchange of defective appliance is at Maesa LLC’s discretion. Send the appliance postage paid, along with a copy of the original proof of purchase (proof of purchase will not be returned), completed WARRANTY EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM, and a money order or credit card information payable to MAESA LLC to cover return shipping, handling, and insurance. Repair or servicing of defective appliance is not offered. Warranty replacement of limited edition appliance(s) is subject to availability; appliance(s) may be replaced with a similar or equal product.
