We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept CODs, personal checks or money orders. The charge on your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Maesa Ecommerce Inc.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND SECURITY
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, NY, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV, and WI. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.
Orders are typically processed within two to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that during peak promotions, there may be additional time needed for order processing.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. We will gladly replace any item that you order from www.hairitagebymindy.com that you received in damaged condition. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery for your claim to be recognized. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason.
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at email@example.com.
CANCELLING AN ORDER:
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to finding a solution for this.
Contiguous United States, AK and HI addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Hairitage by Mindy is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
